Ahlan Rewards
Membership is open to every guest of Arabian Courtyard Hotel.
Ahlan Rewards
is offered COMPLIMENTARY to existing regular guests, however membership can be
purchased as a gift inclusive of prepaid hotel & spa services.
Membership is
non transferrable and shall be used exclusively by the cardholder hence any
entitlement of the member is for personal use only.
Rewards can
be accumulated for a year (not restricted to calendar year).
Upon
approval, the guest will be issued a specially designed Ahlan Reward card with
unique number as a proof of membership.
When a
membership is upgraded, corresponding new card will be issued upon your next
visit.
Lost card can
be replaced for Fifty (50) Dirhams.
Membership
levels (Silver, Gold and Platinum) are based on the number of nights and/or
amount spent at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa and its affiliated
venues.
Silver &
Gold members have to maintain or exceed the required number of nights or the
amount specified per annum to retain the respective category.
