For missing
points, members should notify the hotel within two weeks upon receiving the
monthly statement.
Orient Guest
House guests can enroll and earn points
by spending at the Orient Guest House and Arabian Courtyard Hotel &
Spa.
Points will
be counted as per the room type booked and paid for.
Points are
not earned on complimentary rooms, upgrades, barter or layovers however you may earn through other expenses during your stay (i.e. restaurant bill, spa
treatment, etc.).
Member will
not be earning more than thirty (30) nights equivalent points in case of
longer stay.
No points are
earned on paid-outs, cash advance, baby sitting services, travel desk
services, staff tips, service charge and taxes and any other services offered
by third party at the hotel premises.
Eligibility
to earn points is for individual travelers and not for the group.
