Redemption
expressed verbally is not acceptable. Member to ensure applicable form is duly
filled and submitted to the coordinator in advance.
Redemption
can be extended to another person provided
the member is present to authorize the transaction.
Earned points
can be redeemed any time.
The Member
should quote their membership number at the time of reservation and present
the card at the time of settlement at the reception, spa or restaurants.
No discounts
or points will be earned on any Special Events or Promotions.
Points cannot
be redeemed for new year festivity.
Food &
Beverage & Spa card holder cannot redeem their credits for the reward
vouchers.
Any changes
to this program is at the sole discretion of the management of Arabian
Courtyard Hotel & Spa.
